To Our Shareholders and Investors,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support ant trust in Asgent. As we present the 28th Annual Report, covering the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, I am pleased to share an update on our progress and our vision for the future.

During the fiscal year, the Japanese economy has been on a gradual recovery trend, supported by improvements in employment and income environment as well as the effects of various policy initiatives. On the other hand, the outlook remains uncertain due to global instability factors such as fluctuations in financial and capital markets, concerns over a showdown in overseas economies, and persistently high resource prices. In addition, the intensifying labor shortage and rising prices have had a prolonged impact not only on cooperate earnings but also on the daily lives of citizens.

In this challenging environment, Asgent is taking bold steps toward a major leap forward. We are focusing our resources on launching “only-one” products that anticipate the needs of the next generation while accelerating our “Smart Security Services” that integrate our deep security expertise. Furthermore, in addition to our established presence in IT security for the public and enterprise sectors, we are establishing a unique position by tackling emerging frontiers, including security for the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Moving forward, by embodying our mission, “Asgent will innovate the industry and realize a secure society”, we will strive to further expand our business scale and improve performance as a comprehensive cybersecurity solution vendor, providing solutions that highly realize “Zero Trust Architecture”, the new global standard in cybersecurity.
