Designating Bank or Japan Post Bank Accounts for Dividend Transfers

With the digitalization of stock certificates, in addition to the traditional method of designating a dividend transfer account, shareholders can now receive dividends for all held issues through a single pre-registered bank account, or receive dividends directly into their securities company accounts.

For procedures regarding the designation of dividend transfer accounts, please contact your securities company. For shares managed in a special account (Tokubetsu koza), please contact Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., the special account management institution.

Procedures for Shares Recorded in a Special Account

For procedures regarding shares recorded in a special account (including requests for transfer to the shareholder’s account, change of registered address, designation of dividend transfer method, etc.), please contact the inquiry desk listed below. Registration of Shareholder Address and Name

In the event that the characters used in a shareholder’s address or name include characters not designed by the Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc. (JASDEC), such characters will to replaced, in whole or in part, with characters designated by JASDEC for registration in the Register of Shareholders. Please note that in such cases, the names and addresses on notices and other documents sent to shareholders will reflect the characters designated by JASDEC.

Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Held every June
Record Date Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders; March 31 annually
In addition, an extraordinary record date may be set by prior public notice when necessary.
Record Date for Dividends Year-end-Dividend March 31
Interim Dividend September 30
Method of Public Notice Public notices are made electronically. However, if electronic notice is not possible due to an accident or other unavoidable reasons, notice will be published in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
